Rebecca Judd has officially launched her book, The Baby Bible!
The mum-of-four, TV presenter and now author who started writing her book 12 months ago, describes it as the “modern woman’s guide to having a baby.”
On her KIISFM radio show The 3PM Pick-Up, Judd opened up about the personal photos and stories from her own pregnancies which she chose to include in The Baby Bible.
“You have such a tiny frame, and these boobs on this page make you look like a porn star,” co-host Monty Diamond said, referring to a selfie Judd took four days after her eldest son, Oscar, was born.
“I look like Dolly Parton on steroids,” Judd replied. “The pain for me was worse than when my epidural wore off.”
Judd’s book also includes expert advice from her own medical team including her obstetrician, ultrasound specialist, midwife, paediatric sleep scientist and women’s health physiotherapist.
Judd and her husband Chris are parents to four children; Oscar, 7, daughter Billie, 4, and twin boys Tom and Darcy, 1.
