Jaymes Todd has confessed to murdering the 22-year-old comedian on the June 13th of this year.

The 19-year-old entered pleas of guilty on four charges – one count  of murder, rape, attempted rape, and sexual assault – in a Melbourne court on Thursday afternoon.

Via a video link, he reportedly leant into the microphone in front of him and said “guilty, your honour.

The courts heard disturbing accounts of how Todd had been drinking throughout the day before stalking Dixon on the evening of June 13.

Todd left a friend in the later hours of the night, before he saw her outside Flinders St station just after 11pm. He followed her all the way Princes Park – with the courts hearing she was unaware of his presence.

Her body was found hours later, at around 3:00am.

The courts heard from Todd’s father, Jason Todd, who spoke of his autistic son – with their lawyer saying his condition made him “socially regressive.”

“It’s indescribable. It’s a very hard time for me and the family, and I feel greatly for Eurydice’s family and friends and offer my condolences,” he said.

“There is nothing I can do to change it or make it better, but I wish there was. That comes from our whole family – we’re as appalled as the rest of society about what happened to her.”

Todd will remain in custody.

He’ll appear in the Victorian Supreme Court on November 13th, where a date for a plea hearing will be set.
