Today show co-host Karl Stefanovic has split from his wife of 21-years Cassandra Thorburn, according to the Herald Sun.
The publication explained that the TV presenter has moved out of their family home and is currently staying at his friend James Packer’s Bondi apartment.
According to the Herald Sun, friends of the couple are “stunned by the separation” but say the pair are “trying to work their marriage out.”
Karl, 42, and Cassandra, 44, have three children together: Jackson, 16, Ava, 11, and River, 10.
Karl previously spoke about the moment he first met Cassandra over twenty years ago, telling The Age: “She told me I looked preppy.”
He went on: “She said, ‘I suppose that’s how you got your job in television, because of your pretty-boy looks’.”
