Australian actress Kerry Armstrong has joined the cast of Neighbours as Alice Wells.
Alice comes across as a “demure and kind-hearted shortbread baking” grandma but viewers will soon discover there’s a darker side to Alice when she “cooks up a shocking plan” involving one of Ramsay Street’s favourite households.
“It is not often you get to be so creative in your own backyard so when the producers asked me to play the role of Alice Wells in Neighbours it was simply irresistible,” Armstrong, 60, said of her new role.
Armstrong recently appeared in TEN’s novel turned series The Wrong Girl alongside Jessica Marais and reality show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
The actress will hit TV screen on Neighbours in October 2018.
