Since her first appearance on the reality show last year, the 28-year-old has lost 10kgs, gone from blonde to brunette and changed up her makeup.
Speaking to her Instagram fans on Monday, Lizzie explained that she was a style ‘chameleon’.
‘I am a chameleon, guys. I’m a self-confessed chameleon – and what that means to me is I always change up my look.
‘I like to have fun, experiment with what I’m feeling at that exact moment.
‘I loved the way that I looked on my first season… very vivacious, powerful, and I loved the over-the-top makeup.’
The reality star previously spoke out about living with two chronic health conditions; porphyria, a blood disorder, and autoimmune disease, which is a mild form of Lupus, stating that these were due in part to her fluctuating weight.
However, Lizzie also recently revealed to WHO that she had been doing regular gym workouts and follows the 5:2 diet, which involves eating a reduced number of calories on two out of the seven days in a week.
‘It’s still very much me. I know people are going to say, “Well, you look completely different to how we saw you last year.” But don’t always focus on the outer shell,’ she told WHO.
‘This has always been me. We grow, as people. I don’t glorify weight [loss] and be like, “I’m better now.”‘
Earlier this week Lizzie and MAFS ‘husband’ Seb Guilhaus stunned fans with a series of risqué Instagram pictures.
While the pics were meant to be innocent – the reality TV lovebirds were making pumpkin soup in the kitchen – many fans couldn’t help commenting on how sexually suggestive the photos were.
