2019 is off to a rocky start for Meghan Markle.
After the pregnant Duchess of Sussex failed to receive a birthday invite from Kate Middleton, it has now been revealed that her body guard has quit.
The unnamed protection officer has handed in her resignation just six months into the job.

The Scotland Yard officer’s appointment was prolific as she was the first female to hold such an important role.

She is one of many who’ve left the palace since Meghan’s arrival.

The Duchess’ personal assistant Melissa Touabti quit after six months, as did the royal couple’s joint private secretary Samantha Cohen.
Cohen will leave later this year after being with the royal family for over 17 years.
