Congratulations are in order for AFLW and reality TV star Moana Hope, who has just given birth to her second child with wife Isabella Carlstrom.

Moana announced the happy news on Instagram on Sunday night, posing a black and white shot of her own hand cradling two tiny little feet.
“Oh how wonderful life is now that you are in the world. We are so in love,” the new mum wrote, though she didn’t reveal her child’s name or gender.
Isabella also shared a post keeping key details about their bub’s arrival a secret.
“Thank you for choosing us. I love you my darling,” she penned alongside an image of her holding the tiny newborn’s hand.
Moana appeared to go into labour on Saturday night, Isabella sharing clips from the hospital on her Instagram story.
Though it’s unclear if the couple shared news of their baby’s arrival as soon as it happened, it seems that Moana endured a lengthy labour before the bub arrived.
This is the couple’s second child, joining elder sister Svea in their modern little family, and the first Moana carried and delivered herself.
Moana and Isabella announced the pregnancy in December 2021, posting a series of black and white photos to Instagram of themselves with eldest daughter Svea, and Moana’s sister, Vinny, who lives with them.
Moana held up a sonogram image and revealed: “I’m pregnant… we’re pregnant🤰🏽🎊 2022 our little modern family will grow by one tiny human. Building our own little football team.
“We are using the same donor as Svea and we are all beyond excited.
“Not even the morning sickness can dampen this mood. Thank you for making this possible @monashivf 🙏🏽❤️”
While this is the first child Moana has given birth to herself, it’s the second baby to join their little modern family.
Isabella gave birth to Svea in November 2020.
“Our baby girl has arrived 🙌🏽 This is Svea Hope Carlstrom,” Isabella shared at the time.
“She came into this world on 16th of November ready to steal our hearts forever,” she added.
“I am completely overwhelmed with the love I feel for her, she is perfect. l love you so much baby girl ❤️.”
Moana posted her own announcement, as well as an image of Svea’s finger wrapped around her own.
“My heart is full ❤️,” she wrote simply.
She later posted a video of her sister Vinny meeting Svea and holding her for the first time, with Moana revealing that Vinny wished to refer to Svea as her sister.
While Vinny is Moana’s younger sister, Moana is her full-time carer, given that she lives with Moebius syndrome.
Moana and Isabella tied the knot in August of 2019.
Bella was the one to pop the question with an engagement ring she had designed herself.
“I know how important Mo’s father is to her and I knew that I wouldn’t be able to ask him as he passed when Mo was young.
“I wanted to propose at his gravestone, as that is where Moana goes to visit him… We had Champagne (our favourite), flowers, vegan cupcakes and, with a little help from our friends, we had Beyond by Leon Bridges playing,” Isabella said of the proposal.
