Moana Hope and Isabella Carlstrom’s baby is here

Survivor All-Star and AFLW player Moana Hope and partner Isabella Carlstrom have welcomed their first child!

Taking to Instagram, new mum Moana announced the exciting news with a sweet close-up of their newborn’s hand.

“My heart is full ❤️ @isabellasofiacarlstrom,” she captioned the photo.

So far, there’s been no reveal of a name. 

Not long before their gorgeous new arrival was officially here, Moana revealed via Instagram that Isabella had gone into labour.

In a series of intimate photos, Isabella could be seen with her adorable pup by her side and a TENS machine on her back, which is said to help with pain relief.

“You know what this means…” Moana shared, hinting their baby was on its way. She also posted another few snaps of the “support crew,” being herself and their pet dog.

After returning home from Australian Survivor this year having come painstakingly close to taking out the title, Moana began planning a family with wife, Isabella.

The couple had tied the knot just days before she left for the show in November 2019.

And in May, all the couple’s planning had come to fruition, announcing the news they were expecting.

“We are going to be MUMS,” a delighted Moana captioned a series of photos of the couple and their ultrasound picture.

“I don’t yet have the words to fully explain how happy we are. It’s a dream come true for us and in November we get to meet our little person.”

Moana revealed she and Isabella had undergone IVF to fall pregnant.

“From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank @monashivf and the team for everything you have done to support us. You have helped make this dream a reality. Holding this in for 13 weeks has been so bloody hard. My heart is exploding.”

Isabella, who carried their bub, also shared a heartfelt post on her own Instagram account.

“It’s time to be Mumma’s! We feel so incredibly grateful to be able to share this news. I am pregnant and Mo and I are expecting our little one in November,” she wrote.

“It’s been a beautiful journey and I can’t believe we’re finally at this point. It wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing team at @monashivf so a huge thank you to them. I’m so excited to raise our child with you beautiful.”

While Isabella carried the couple’s first child together, they revealed to Who they’re both planning on falling pregnant again in the future.

“Some people are like ‘Ooh, I don’t want to jinx it’ but I’m just throwing all my positivity out there and letting my body do it,” Isabella said.

“I want to carry at least two, Mo wants to carry at least one,” Isabella explained with Moana adding, “I want three or four.”

Sounds like this blessed arrival is the first of many!
