Do we hear wedding bells?
While all the drama unfolds on screen, it can finally be revealed a My Kitchen Rules star has secretly tied the knot earlier this month!
Flight attendant Lesley married her long-time partner in an intimate backyard ceremony.
The 50-year-old met her now husband while at work.
“He defended me from a bully. He was such a hero, I fell for him instantly,” she reveals.
Lesley describes her simple nuptials as a “non-wedding” with just two of her closest female friends in attendance.
“My best girlfriends, the celebrant who is another good girlfriend, he and I, our own vows, a beautiful seafood lunch, best quality champagne,” she explains.
“No wedding dress, I’m glad to wear the same dress that I wore for our first date. It’s a silk cream champagne-coloured midi dress, so that’s a memory of our first date.
“There’s a bit of a joke between my fiance and I that he’s never seen me in the same outfit twice.”
