Australian model Annalise Braakensiek’s death was a shock to those around her.
But her loved ones knew that she was battling some terrible inner demons.
The Daily Telegraph report that her marriage breakdown from husband husband Danny Goldberg in April 2018 left her devastated.
Kasey Drayton said, “She absolutely adored him and losing him – it broke her.”
Adding, “To me there weren’t any red flags really. She had some issues but overall she seemed like moving forward.”
Her friends also revealed that her father’s death back in 2004 left a harsh imprint in her life.
“They were similar in a lot of ways and kind of both had these extraordinary lives. But he passed away less than 10 years later and she was devastated. She adored him,” one friend told the Telegraph.
The model didn’t know much about her father, having reconnected with him in 1993.
