The Masked Singer premiered on Monday night to mixed reviews. However, despite the wacky concept, fans of the Ten show have been furiously trying to guess which celebrities are behind the theatrical costumes.
And it turns out, even the judges were left completely in the dark right up until the very last second as to who the celebrity singers could be.

"They went to great lengths to separate everyone from the singers. I've said, 'I want to stay at this hotel in Sydney,' and they're like, 'You can't because some of the singers are at that hotel'," judge Dave Hughes told TV Week of the elaborate lengths the producers went to in order to keep the celebrities identities a secret.
"People are walking around with bags over their heads, and then I found out there were body doubles walking around, so you couldn't even read a body shape if someone had a bag over their head."

The Octopus Former Big Brother host Gretel Killen is the eight-tentacled singer.

The Parrot Cricket star Brett Lee is behind the feathered costume.
