Holly Ramsay, the daughter of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, and Olympic swimming star Adam Peaty tied the knot on 27 December 2025 in a lavish ceremony at historic Bath Abbey in England.
Unfortunately, their big day was overshadowed by an ongoing family feud.
The couple met while working on the British reality TV show Strictly Come Dancing in 2021 and announced their engagement in September 2024.
They celebrated in front of around 200 guests, including high-profile attendees such as David and Victoria Beckham.
Gordon Ramsay proudly walked his 25-year-old daughter down the aisle, while Molly’s sisters, Tilly and Megan served as bridesmaids alongside Adam’s sister, Bethany.
However, the wedding was not without its tensions.
Adam’s parents, Caroline and Mark, were absent, reportedly due to a deep rift in the family.
The Sun reports the issues began when Caroline was not invited to Holly’s hen party.
The family row then intensified in the lead-up to the ceremony, with Adam’s aunt reportedly sending him a “shame on you” message shortly before the service, blaming the couple for hurting his mother.
Only Bethany attended from his immediate family, while many of his relatives stayed away, choosing to remain about 150 miles from the venue.
Despite the drama, the couple maintained the focus on their celebrations.
The ceremony featured tightly controlled arrangements, including exclusive use of Bath Abbey and enhanced security, and an elegant reception.
Gordon shared his pride and well wishes for the newlyweds on Instagram, posting a photo of himself with his daughter at the wedding. “I’m truly so lucky being able to walk this beautiful bride down the aisle and gaining an incredible son in law @adam_peaty !” he wrote. “I love you so much @hollyramsayy and couldn’t be a prouder Dad xxx”
