There have been plenty of MAFS brides and grooms who have been married before, but this one has had her own runaway bride moment.
With the 13th season of Married At First Sight, on our screens, bride Bec Zacharia and her relationship with groom Danny Hewitt has certainly caught our attention.
Who is MAFS‘ Bec?
Describing herself as a pedigree mutt, Bec has a Greek father and and English mother.
She made a name for herself in London’s real estate scene and according to the Daily Mail, she “moves in the right circles, knows how to turn heads and has a razor-sharp wit”.
The Adelaide beauty who loves cooking and being the centre of attention was even voted Adelaide’s most eligible bachelorette twice.
Whilst things aren’t going too great with on-screen husband Danny, it’s her former relationship that has us intrigued.
What happened with Bec’s fiancé?
This MAFS bride was previously engaged but four months before the wedding, she called it off.
Describing it as the hardest thing she’s ever done, Bec admitted that it’s also her proudest achievement for walking away from a relationship that wasn’t right.
However she’s had both a physcial and mental glow up and is ready for her new man, ideally with tattoos, a beard and good banter.
Danny delivered on the looks for her, but ever since he admitted he’s not that sexually attracted to her, we don’t think they’ll go the distance.

Her Instagram handle is @bec_zac and her bio says she’s “committed to being a full time legend” so we’re expecting good stuff!
