Amal Ramzi Alamuddin Clooney is Lebanese-British lawyer and activist who was born in Beirut in 1978 and raised in England.
She studied and Oxford AND NYU.
She is a part of the UN and has defended many high-profile clients including WikiLeaks editor-in-chief Julian Assange.
A badass, Amal is a working mum – having welcomed her twins Ella and Alexander on June 6, 2017.
The couple released a statement: “This morning we welcomed Ella and Alexander Clooney into our lives. Ella, Alexander and Amal are all healthy, happy and doing fine.”
“George is sedated and should recover in a few days.”
