The Living Room star Barry Du Bois has reflected on his heartbreaking terminal cancer diagnosis.
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph, the TV star said he feels lucky to celebrate Father’s Day.
‘It is hard for me to say I cherish Father’s Day more than any other day because every day that I wake up I am pretty happy,’
‘I am a very lucky man.’
Barry added that he ‘cherishes every moment,’ because ‘my life, because of recent medical problems, might be shorter than most.’
Barry is father to twins Arabella and Bennett, who he shares with wife Leonie Carol Tobler.
Barry, 58, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma and was told by doctors he might not live to see his 58th birthday.
