STEP ONE:
Prep lips using a lip scrub and lip balm and blot off any excess balm.
STEP TWO:
Line lips and fill in slightly (for smaller lips, line just outside the lip line. To add some lift to downturned lips, do not line the upper lip all the way to the corners. Stop just before and instead draw your lower lip line upward to meet the top).
STEP THREE:
Apply the lipstick!
Don’t forget to wipe any excess off the corners. Nobody wants to have a dark lipstick smudge around their lip!
