The Aussie actor admitted during an event that he has a few naked photos of himself on his phone. While we don’t have access to his camera roll, we do have a couple snaps of Chris Hemsworth’s (almost) nude body.

Who Is Chris Hemsworth?
Chris Hemsworth is one of the few Australian actors who have also made it big in Hollywood. He was born in Melbourne on August 11, 1983, which means he just recently turned 36. He is currently married to Elsa Pataky, a fellow actress, model, and producer.
Thanks to multiple box office and critical successes over his decade-and-a-half-long career, Hemsworth is now one of the most sought-after and highest-paid actors in the world.
Why Is Chris Hemsworth Famous?
Hemsworth first started acting on Australian TV in 2002 on the fantasy television series Guinevere Jones, but it wasn’t until 2004 that he had his first major breakthrough. He played Kim Hyde on the successful soap opera Home and Away until his departure in 2007.
He had a minor role as the father of James T. Kirk in the 2009 Star Trek film, a role which was originally offered to Matt Damon. 2011 was Hemsworth’s biggest breakthrough, as his starring role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Thor is what made him a household name today. Hemsworth also had some critical success for the horror pastiche film The Cabin in the Woods, which was released in 2012.
Besides his appearance in several Marvel films (including the record-breaking Avengers franchise), Chris Hemsworth is also known for his roles in Vacation, Snow White and the Huntsman, Rush, the Ghostbusters reboot, and the Men in Black reboot with Marvel co-star Tessa Thompson.

It seems that talent runs in the Hemsworths’ blood! Although neither of their parents were in showbiz or theatre, all three Hemsworth siblings are actors. Chris is the middle child, with Luke (most known for his work on Westworld) being the oldest and Liam (of Hunger Games fame) being the youngest.
Has Chris Hemsworth Gotten Naked For Any Of His Roles?
While there are a few naked fakes of Chris Hemsworth going around, you don’t have to turn to Photoshopped images to see shirtless body pics of your favourite Norse god. While Thor hasn’t appeared naked yet, he has had a few topless scenes in the Marvel film franchise, like one that happened early in the second Thor movie.
Having a perfect muscular body didn’t stop the Aussie actor from being a little shy though! Hemsworth revealed to MTV News that he wasn’t 100% onboard with the decision to go topless.
“That kind of came from Joss actually. He just said that there needed to be something romantic in there,” the actor explained said. “Then he said, ‘Chris, get your shirt off.’ I said, ‘Well, I don’t know. What’s the why? What are we doing?’”
Hemsworth then goes on to say, “The justification was that it was him coming home from battle, washing blood off his hands. It is what it is. How to weigh into that without sounding like an idiot?”
The actor also had to strip down for his 2013 film Rush. But if you’re hoping for a full-frontal nude scene, you’re out of luck – you will get a great view of his backside, though!

Chris shocked the world when he revealed that he might have a few risque pics of himself on his phone. In a promotional G’Day USA event, pics from the actor’s phone were projected onto a screen for the audience. When host Rachel Griffiths joked, “I hope there’s no nudes”, the Thor star simply joked back, “There are a couple”. Unfortunately for you thirsty fans out there, Hemsworth has never followed up on that cheeky statement!
