Emma Watson and her new boyfriend have been spotted embracing in some adorable PDA, but who is her new man? Here’s what we know.
Watson was photographed locking lips with Phd student Kieran Brown in Oxford, where they both attend school.

The Harry Potter star decided to take a step back from the spotlight and return to school to do a Masters last year.
This wasn’t her first time dipping into traditional education as a film star, while filming the iconic wizarding films, she attended Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.

According to The Sun, her new flame, Brown, is studying for a PhD in 19th century literature and economics in Oxford.
A source told the publication, “Emma is studying creative writing, and his thesis is all about literary theory—so they have a lot to talk about. She looks so loved up with Kieran.”

Watson was previously romantically linked to Brandon Green, the son of a fashion entrepreneur.
The Daily Mail reported in May 2023 that the pair had split after around 18 months of dating.
The Beauty and the Beast actress was spotted a second time with her new man in July, looking cosy in a bakery near their campus in pictures posted by the Daily Mail.
While Watson looks smitten, she was never one to claim to need a partner.
During a 2019 interview with British Vogue, she labelled herself as being “self partnered“, rather than single, and revisited that thought in 2023.
She told British Vogue the statement wasn’t, “necessarily about me celebrating being single. Getting to the point when I was 30, I was realising, ‘Oh, maybe I’ve figured out some things about how to care for myself better – maybe quite well, actually.’ And taking pride in that.”

In the interview she also touched on her decision to return to education, leaving her promising and long standing film career behind, for now.
Watson starred in the first Harry Potter film at age 12, and her career continued to prosper from there.
“Because I’m in a career that moves very quickly, the decision to take time to do these things felt like a very big decision,” she said. “[Deciding] to go back and write and study and get behind the camera was terrifying for me because I’d never done it before. I had always been in front of the camera; I’d always been an actor.”
