TV star Erin Molan was forced to take time off work after fracturing her right hand when she accidentally fell down the stairs.
And the 35-year-old was keen to share her injury with her fans.
Taking to Instagram Stories, she posed a photo of her bandaged hand and the big, bright bruises covering her fingers.
She captioned the Instagram snap: ‘That bruising is next level!’ and added a facepalm emoji.
Erin revealed to the Sydney Morning Herald that Married At First sight was to blame for her broken hand, as she was rushing down the stairs to catch the show when she slipped on a toy slinky.
‘I knew MAFS [Married at First Sight] was dangerous but had no idea it would put me in hospital,’ she admitted to the publication on Saturday.
‘And the real tragedy in all of this is that I missed [MAFS stars] Jess and Dan on the couch while I spent 10 hours in emergency on Monday night.’
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Erin further revealed she only had ’10 seconds left in the commercial break and didn’t want to pause and miss following the live tweeting.’
She jokingly added: ‘At least I’m safe until next season starts…’
