Three years after they first found love on the farm, Farmer Wants a Wife fan-favourites Will Simpson and Jess Cova have announced they are engaged!
Sharing the exciting news to Instagram, the couple shared a selection of snaps from their engagement, captioning the announcement, “Jess said yes! From farmer to fiance! Our most special moment yet.”
Following the announcement, fellow FWAW alumni and fans took to the comments to share their congratulations, with newlywed Tess Brookman writing, “There it is!! Happiness overload for you two.”
“Oh my god!!! Sooooo excited for you,” added 2023 contestant Sophie Holcombe.
News of the couple’s engagement comes just over one month after Farmer Will and Jess celebrated their third anniversary.
“A whole lot of love over the last 3 years and much more to come. Happy Anniversary to us,” Jess wrote.
The couple’s love story first began in the 2022 season of Farmer Wants a Wife, where, after just a few weeks of farm life together, Will and Jess decided they had found their match.
After two weeks of long-distance dating, Jess moved to Will’s farm in Berriwillock, Victoria, marking the beginning of their life together. The couple has been inseparable since, with Jess integrating into rural life by joining the local netball team and taking up a nursing job.
Following almost three years of farm life, Will and Jess marked their latest relationship milestone in January 2025, announcing that they had purchased their first home together.
With their wedding now officially on the way, fans are looking back at Will and Jess’ previous comments on their plans for the future.
Speaking on their dreams of starting a family together, the couple previously told Yahoo! Lifestyle, “It’ll happen when the time is right,”
