Hailey Bieber has addressed pregnancy rumours for the first time in a new interview with GQ.
The model, who is married to Justin Bieber, has long been the centre of “Is she or isn’t she pregnant” rumours and has kept quiet on the subject. But now the 26-year-old has spoken out publically.
Speaking about the recent rumours about her expecting her first child, the RHODE founder explained that it is “disheartening.”
“Damn, I can’t be bloated one time and not be pregnant?” she queried. “It would be a lie if I was like, ‘Oh, yeah, I don’t give a s**t.’”
Adding that the rumours are nothing new, Hailey admitted that if she did get pregnant, the internet would be the “last to know.”

Hailey had previously spoken about her wish to raise her own future family out of the spotlight, her her own parents did, but revealed in the GQ interview that her plans have changed.
Conceding that the spotlight is “probably totally unavoidable,” she told the publication that the quotes came from interviews she did before she was married.
“That was before I was married. Didn’t know who I was going to be married to at the time, I’m sure,” she added.
“Maybe I liked the idea at 18 of not raising kids around certain things, but my life is so different now than it was when I was 18,” she told the publication. “It’s so hard to say what I’m going to do or not do when there isn’t even a child here yet. I don’t even know what it feels like to be a parent other than a dog parent yet. And that’s not the same thing, by any means.”

The interview also saw Hailey address her ‘nepo baby’ status, something she realises will also follow her future children. Admitting it has its “awesome” benefits, she shared that the label and notoriety will also bring its challenges.
Whilst Hailey is not expanding her brood with Justin yet, she also shared with the publication that she is looking forward to her journey with motherhood and the “private, intimate” experience it will be.
“It’s something that’s going to come when it comes. And it’s just, honestly, at the end of the day, so hilarious how much people f**king care. Let me do what I want to do with my body and you guys can do what you want to do with your body—and let’s just let it be that.”
