Khloé Kardashian is expecting her second child with Tristan Thompson – despite their rollercoaster relationship, paternity saga and regular splits.
This will be their second child, with the pair sharing daughter True, 4.

“We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November. Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing,” a rep told Page Six.
“We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family.”

The outlet reported that though they’re welcoming another child, Khloé and Tristan are not back together and the baby was conceived via surrogate before the latest cheating scandal.
“Khloé and Tristan already had the baby in the works when the scandal hit. By then, Khloé was just like, ‘I’m going to be doing it by myself,’” an insider claimed.
Meanwhile TMZ suggested the baby may have already arrived, according to their sources.
“Multiple sources with direct knowledge” told the outlet the birth is imminent, with one suggesting the bub may have already arrived in the last day or so.
The news comes as a huge shock to fans, who though Khloé and Tristan’s relationship was finally over after multiple cheating scandals.
But a detail in the new trailer for The Kardashians season two may have hinted at a reunion between the troubled couple.

“I do believe in love,” she said in the latest clip. “When you love you know you’re alive, you have these feelings.”
It came just days after fans speculated the pair may have gotten back together because of a subtle detail in one of Khloé’s Instagram posts.

A few eagle-eyed fans seem to think so after they spotted a quickly-deleted Instagram story from Khloé, where she’d tagged her serial-cheater ex.
Taking a snap of a table-display of pink peonies delivered for her birthday, Khloé simply wrote ‘thank you’, and tagged her ex.
However, the slide quickly disappeared and was re-uploaded shortly afterwards with no tag and no text.
Given that she and Tristan share a daughter, it’s probably not totally unreasonable that he might have sent her flowers for the occasion.
While she could have just been being polite, Khloé’s history of forgiving Tristan is well-documented, so fans were still suss. Now it seems their suspicions have been confirmed.
In case you missed it, Khloé and Tristan broke up for what we hoped was for good in December 2021, when it was revealed that Tristan had fathered a child on his 30th birthday with someone other than Khloé.
This was after he celebrated with her and their daughter, True, earlier in the evening.
It bubbled to the surface when the child’s mother, Maralee Nichols, took the matter to court, demanding a paternity test.
The season one finale of The Kardashians had a heartbroken Khloé calling things off, and not a moment too soon, given this wasn’t Tristan’s first cheating scandal in the time they’d been together.
