Yes, it’s the era of the bangs (and midi skirt – more on that here).

With that in mind, here are some of the best products for people with fringes (and people without).

All fringe-havers know that sometimes there’s just no time to wash your greasy bangs. In these instances, a spray bottle is your best friend. Simply spritz some water on your fringe (pop in some shampoo if necessary – or some dry shampoo once dry) and style back into shape! It’s a must-know hack.

It’s no use if your fringe is flat upon your forehead. Style your bangs how you like with this strong-hold pomade to keep shape and enhance shine. This one is also cruelty-free and sulphate free! For best results, use on damp hair.

OK so this is slightly chaotic, but we’re in our Wednesday era after all. The best way to maintain your fringe (or gain a fringe – like we said, chaotic), is to trim it. Of course, only do this if you’re confident – otherwise a hair dresser is the way to go.

WAHL Hairdressing Scissors, $59.95. BUY NOW from Shaver Shop.

And here we have the slightly less chaotic option for those non-fringe havers who are desperate for bangs (but scared of the commitment). Try a fake one! You can attach and detach as necessary or even use it as a trial run before cutting your hair for real.
