Turns out not everyone loves what Married At First Sight’s breakout star, Rhyce Power, has got going on!
The heavily tattooed, blue-eyed babe found himself in a very awkward position earlier this month, when he was rejected from one of Sydney’s most exclusive night spots.
According to the Daily Telegraph, bouncers at ritzy Double Bay’s Pelicano weren’t as impressed with the 29-year-old’s body art, as most of MAFS female viewers are.
“Security didn’t like the look of his neck and arm tattoos and he didn’t have anything to cover them up – so he got denied by security,” a source told the publication.
Jessika Power’s big brother says for him, rejection is nothing new. He told Daily Mail after the incident that being judged for his “art” is disappointing. “Being refused entry to nightclubs or being judged on my tattoos is something I’ve dealt with for a while, it’s disappointing that it still happens.”
Accompanied by Bachelor In Paradise star Eden Schwencke, Rhyce added, “To me, it’s my art and it’s unfortunate others can’t acknowledge that.”
