According to The Sun, on November 10, Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, Prince William and Kate Middleton will all come together for Remembrance Day.
Sources also told The Sun that Palace aides are hoping the event will pave the way for both couples to “reflect”.
A source told The Sun: “Palace staff are keen to ensure that the family come together to pay their respects and that the focus is on the brave souls who lost their lives for their country.
“Remembrance Day is an especially poignant event for all of the members of the royal family, but especially for Prince Harry who served in Afghanistan.
“There is a general sense of hope that this day will put things in perspective and allow senior family members time to reflect on what the important things in life really are.”
The reunion will mark the first time the public will see the brothers and their wives together since Meghan and Harry’s explosive comments in the documentary Harry and Meghan: An African Journey.
The last time we saw the Fab Four together was all the way back in July.
The family reunited for little Archie’s christening.
Fans of the family noted that the two couples seemed “frosty”.
In the doco, which aired earlier this month, Prince Harry confirmed their “rift” – explaining that he and William were no longer close.
He told journalist Tom Bradby that he and William brother have been at odds.
“Umm… part, part of this role and part of this job and part of this family being under the pressure that it’s under, inevitably, stuff happens,” the Duke of Sussex began, initially laughing at the question.
“But look: We’re brothers, we’ll always be brothers — and we’re certainly on different paths at the moment. But I’ll certainly always be there for him as I know he’ll always be there for me.”
