The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have left Windsor Castle for a fairytale second reception at Frogmore Hall, and the newlyweds have done it in style.
As they left all eyes were on the stunning bride, who had changed from her Givenchy wedding dress into something a little more slinky. Her hair, styled by her hairdresser George Northwood, was in a relaxed up do.
The bride’s evening dress is a custom design by Stella McCartney – a bespoke lily white high neck gown made of silk crepe. She wore white satin Aquazurra shoes with their soles painted in baby blue and a large aquamarine ring which belonged to Princess Diana.
They travelled in a silver blue open-top Jaguar E-Type Concept Zero, manufactured in 1968 and now converted to run on electricity – with a numberplate bearing their wedding date. The Duke drove his duchess to the evening event himself – reminiscent of Prince William driving Kate Middleton away from Buckingham Palace in his father’s Aston Martin when they were married in 2011.
