Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban will be mighty pleased with the result of their Tennessee home selling for a whopping Australian $3.8million.
The couple went through French King Fine Properties to sell their humble abode.
So what does $3.8 million get you?
The website confirms the home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms.
And we haven’t even mentioned the kitchen, sprawling landscape, multiple living areas, piano room, and a home gym.
Kidman and Urban, both 51, originally purchased the Franklin property back in 2007 for $US2.45 million ($A3.46 million).
After selling it for $US2.75 million ($A3.8 million) – they made a profit of $A800,000.
The Big Little Lies star has spoken about living in country-town.
Speaking to PEOPLE, she said, “I’m very, very happy to be a part of [the Nashville] community.”
“I’m lucky to have found love with a guy that lived in Nashville,” adding, “I was meant to go there. I’m very, very happy to live there.”
In fact, living in the South is part of her daughters – Sunday and Faith’s – DNA.
Calling them “Nashvillians” as they were born there, the actress mused, “They have a southern drawl,” but admits they still have some Aussie in them, “They’re hybrids.”
