The modern royals are becoming more and more relatable to the public than ever before. And Prince Harry‘s cute nickname for sister-in-law Kate Middleton proves just that.
Us mere mortals may just know Harry and Kate by their royal titles, but it has been revealed this week that the Duke of Sussex has a cute nickname he uses for the Duchess of Cambridge: ‘Cath’. A shortened version of her full name, Catherine. How sweet!

It has also been reported that Harry calls his new wife Meghan Markle ‘Meg’, whilst the prince is known as ‘Haz’ amongst his close circle of friends.
But Prince William’s nickname given to him by his late mother Princess Diana might be the most adorable one yet.
Diana began referring to William as “wombat” when he was just two years old, after a trip to Australia.
“When we went to Australia with our parents, and the wombat, you know, that’s the local animal. So I just basically got called that. Not because I look like a wombat. Or maybe I do,” William said in an interview on the 10-year anniversary of her death.
