It’s official! Baby Sussex will be here very, very soon.
According to reports, NHS Frimley Hospital has been placed on standby with Meghan Markle set to give birth any day now.
The Surrey-based medical facility is located approximately 30 minutes from Frogmore Cottage and is said to be where the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have decided to welcome their first child.
That being said, it is understood Meghan, who was planning for a home birth, will remain at the cottage for as long as possible once she goes in to labour and will be transported to Frimley should she experience any complications.

“The plan has never changed, Meghan has been very clear what she wants,” a source told The Sun.
“She is taking medical advice daily and she and Harry are very flexible and will be guided by their team.
“When she goes into labour, she wants to remain at home for as long as possible but she’s in a situation where if something did go wrong and she had to be whisked to hospital, she would be.”
Once the time comes, Meghan will also have the support of her mother, Doria Ragland, who flew in to the UK earlier this month from the US to be there for her daughter.
“It’s been a huge support having her mum by her side and now she’s just getting as much rest as she can,” a source told the Express.
