A new report claims Meghan Markle’s sister has been a “fixated persons list” with Scotland Yard in the U.K.
The Sunday Time reports that Samantha Markle – who has been quite vocal in her criticism of the Suits actress and husband Prince Harry – has been flagged by the police royalty and specialist protection unit.
A Scotland Yard source told the newspaper, “Someone like Samantha presents a risk rather than a threat. She is not committing criminal offences, but she is causing concerns for the royal family.”
“There is big potential for some major embarrassment for the royals,” the source continued. “Samantha could make a scene and create headlines with her actions — and let’s face it, she’s kind of already done that.”
The 53-year-old recently criticised the Duke and Duchess of Sussex Christmas card, claiming that the photo shows that the Duchess is turning her back on her family.
The black and white photo that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex selected to celebrate Christmas shows the couple watching the fireworks at their May wedding with their arms clasped behind each other’s backs.
Taking to twitter, Samantha blasted the image. “Interesting that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have their backs turned. Is this towards the world or just the Ragland and Markle family? It’s a bit sad. Face the Christmas spirit.”
She later added: “It’s incredibly rude to turn your back in a Christmas photo that is meant to share warmth and good wishes with the world.
