Since she first shot to fame as one of the founding member of Aussie girlband Bardot, Sophie Monk has been considered one of the nation’s most beautiful women.
Thanks to her full lips, big round eyes and high cheekbones, the 38-year-old Love Island Australia’s appearance has been long-admired.
A long-time fan of make up, Sophie has been known to comment on her favourite products over the years.
On the secret to her picture-perfect pout, she told Beauty Crew, the answer is “moisture, moisture, moisture!”
“Your lips, palms and soles of your feet are the only places on your body that don’t produce sebum (your body’s natural oil), which means they dry out quicker than other parts of your skin. That’s why a good lip treatment is so important,” she said.
While we’re accustomed to seeing images of Sophie on red carpets in the news or on Instagram, what many may not realise is that the star is also fond of posting a selfie in which she is sans makeup every now and again.
While Sophie has been snapped by paparazzi leaving the house without make up in the past, it’s more likely you will find the blonde beauty posting the images herself to her Instagram account.
