If there’s a couple in Hollywood that gives us all the #relationshipgoals, it’s Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan Tatum. Especially when the Step Up couple still seem madly in love after 11 years together.
But even celebs need to put work into their relationship – which Dewan Tatum, mom to daughter Everly, 3, admitted to WHO at a Target Kids event on July 21.
“I think it’s important to be conscious about giving everyone equal attention,” Dewan Tatum said, about how she balances marriage and motherhood.
“I’ll think, ‘Okay, I’ve been with my daughter a lot, so Channing and I need a date night.” She added, “Some days I am better at it than others, but I just try to figure it out. Like everyone else! But I do think it’s important to consciously think about it.”
The couple began dating after meeting on the set of Step Up in 2006 and married in 2009. Their daughter was born in May 2013.
On the couple’s recent seven-year wedding anniversary, Dewan Tatum showed the world they’re still madly in love, sharing sweet photo booth pictures on Twitter.
Tatum replied with his own Instagram, captioned, “This woman, 11 years together, 7 married. Happy anniversary Cake. Thank you baby I love you. Plus you look daaaaaaaaanmm!!!”
