Leonardo DiCaprio has pulled the ultimate prank on pal Jonah Hill.
The Wolf Of Wall Street actor, 41, pretended to be a crazed fan, as he snuck up on an unsuspecting Hill, 32, in New York’s West Village on August 1.
After sighting Hill standing outside a restaurant, DiCaprio ran up to him under the guise of a newsboy cap and began taking photographs of the War Dogs star on his phone.
Hill appeared genuinely terrified, before realizing it was his longtime friend, and then laughed the prank off before the two shared a long embrace.
DiCaprio and Hill have been longtime friends and costars, sharing the screen most recently in 2013’s The Wolf of Wall Street.
At this year’s Golden Globes, Hill made fun of DiCaprio’s furry costar in The Revenant, dressing up as a bear while onstage at the awards ceremony, with Dicaprio calling the prank “amazing.”
