Season seven of Love Island Australia officially wrapped on December 15, and unfortunately for Jotham and Jaide, Yana and Kye were announced as the winners.
In the final ceremony hosted by Sophie Monk, the couple missed out on the generous $30,000 prize money.
Jotham and Jaide found their rhythm late in the game but quickly became fan favourites.
In the finale, they were among the last three couples standing alongside Kye and Yana, whose chaotic chemistry turned into one of the season’s strongest partnerships, as well as Ross and Sharn, who were one of the most stable love stories of the season.
But given Love Island Australia is pre-recorded and the finale thus filmed months before it aired, many of us have been left wondering: are Jotham and Jaide still together?

Are Jotham and Jaide still together after Love Island Australia?
All signs point to Jotham and Jaide no longer being together.
In a podcast interview that aired while the show was still on, Jotham seemed to slip up and reveal that he had already split with Jaide.
“The statement of me having a girlfriend before, on, during and after [the show] is just not true at all,” he said. Uh oh, was that a Freudian slip?!
Before that, a viral TikTok featuring Gabby had fans believing that the pair might have split.
What did Gabby say about Jotham and Jaide?
Although Jotham and Jaide were exclusive and loved-up in the villa, things started to look a lot different on the outside.
Doubt was thrown onto the couple when Gabby claimed in a viral TikTok that Jotham had a girlfriend on the outside, and in fact was with her the entire time he was in the villa.
In the video, when she’s asked where Jotham was, Gabby replies: “he’s at home with his girlfriend who he’s had the whole time throughout the whole show.”
However, according to Jotham, Gabby’s claims are untrue. In an interview with TV Week, he denied ever having a girlfriend. “It’s not true,” he said.
“I was definitely talking to someone before the villa – to a few people. Some I was seeing more than others. But it was pretty much just that. I barely even went on dates.”
What do the fans think?
Comments from fans of the couple on social media are mixed. Some people still want them to be a couple and hope they work it out, whilst others are happy they have gone their seperate ways.
Things would be much clearer if Jotham or Jaide would put out a simple statement saying their relationship status… please guys!
