She may not have walked away with an award – but Margot Robbie still won at this year’s Screen Actors Guild Awards!
WATCH: We can’t wait to see Margot in her next flick!
The Australian beauty took to Instagram on Wednesday to share her favourite moment from the January 20 awards show – and it had nothing to do with shiny trophies for the pool room.
The actress was at the all-star event in the hopes of picking up the prize for one of two films she totally nailed this year. Margot was nominated for her roles in Once Upon A Time… In Hollywood and Bombshell, and was in the running for Best Supporting Actress and Best Ensemble gongs respectively.

Laura Dern took out the Best Supporting Actress award for her part in Marriage Story, and Parasite took out Best Ensemble.
But, in our humble opinion, Margot took away the real prize: a warm hug from Hollywood icon Meryl Streep.
“Probably my favourite moment of the #sagawards ☺️,” Margot captioned the cute snap of the duo’s embrace.

While connecting with Meryl on the red carpet was the highlight of Margot’s night, it’s not the first time the two stars have hugged it out.
The Tinseltown queens also shared a good old cuddle at the 2018 Oscars, and it was equally as cute as their moment two years later.

Margot and Meryl also teamed up for photos with fellow superstars Zoe Kravitz and Charlize Theron at the 2020 SAGs.
Charlize stars alongside Margot and fellow Aussie Nicole Kidman in Bombshell – a movie based on the true events that led to the downfall of Fox News’ CEO and Chairman Roger Ailes in 2016.

A parody trailer of the Oscar-nominated Bombshell featuring three of the Today Show’s most famous presenters is currently doing the rounds.
The YouTube clip – created by user White Secretion – features Deb Knight as Charlize, Allison Langdon as Margot and Georgie Gardner as Nicole, the stars of the biographical drama flick.
The Channel 9 journalists’ heads have been hilariously superimposed on the A-list celebrities’ bodies.
“It’s only been up for a couple of hours and it’s already being passed on quickly,” a source told The Daily Telegraph.
“No one knows who has done it but it’s been done extremely well.”
