WHO: When did you get back with Jarrod?
KEIRA: We kept what we were doing on the downlow. We wanted to make sure before going public.
There’s a lot of extra pressure being in the spotlight and that was something we struggled with.
We’re being more private – so when you saw the Instagram photos that wasn’t when we got back together that was just when we were willing to share it.
WHO: Who made the first move?
KEIRA: Jarrod and I will argue about this – but he initiated.
I would always keep in contact but we weren’t talking on the phone.
WHO: How is it different this time?
KEIRA: Being aware is really important. Resolving issues as it happens.
We’re going into it with a different approach. We’re also keeping the social side of it to a minimum.
After a reality show there are so many events and then pressure from fans.
WHO: Do other reality couples - like Sam and Snez or Megan and Jake - help you?
KEIRA: No, not really because we don’t really talk to them.
You can’t really prepare.
Plus you probably don’t want to share with others because you don’t know who is talking to who.
WHO: Would you guys do a reality show?
KEIRA: Look I don’t know.
I want to focus on getting us right. If the timing was right then maybe. I wouldn’t say no.
WHO: Have you heard all the MAFS drama… We don’t seem to have that with ex Bachie stars. How has Channel Ten helped you with the transition from normal person to reality TV star?
KEIRA: They don’t really do much.
Like once a show is over they’re like “Ok, bye!”
Unless they want you for another opportunity – they’re very publicity focused.
Did you think Channel Ten helped us after or did anything?
[Laughs] No!
WHO: It’s more we’re not getting the same level of drama with Bachie people compared to MAFS – who genuinely seem very angry…
KEIRA: I think it’s a different kettle of fish.
With Bachelor – we don’t all have a love story. Those who fall are few and far between.
Also who would get married to someone they don’t know. That’s the people we’re dealing with!
I would never do that…
I don’t know what’s going through their minds but I don’t know what was going through mine either!
WHO: Any advice for the new stars on I’m a Celeb?
KEIRA: If you’re going into the jungle after Jan 20 then have lots of cheese as you’re getting nothing in there [Laughs]
WHO: Thoughts on Richie potentially going on the show?
KEIRA: I doubt it!
They wouldn’t do that because he’s on Bachelor In Paradise.
And he’s BORING!
WHO: What are your tips for the guys who’ve finished filming S2 of BiP and have found love… but have to keep it secret?
KEIRA: I can’t give too much advice as everyone is different. I think you should be genuine and be real.
Don’t watch the show back.
If it was smooth sailing do not watch it back especially together.
Just don’t.
WHO: Now I have to ask are Babies/Wedding on the cards?
KEIRA: I think right now we’re focusing on us.
But we wouldn’t have gotten back together if we didn’t see that forming or happening eventually.
