Martha Kalifatidis was one of Married At First Sight’s breakout stars in 2019 who has made no secret of her plastic surgery transformation.

However, the 31-year-old has revealed the one procedure she regrets – and it’s not what we were expecting.
Speaking to her fans and followers in an Instagram Q&A, Martha was asked whether she had any regrets about the work she’s had done.
“I don’t have any regrets but if I knew then what I knew now, I probably wouldn’t get my nose done,” the former MAFS bride confessed.
“I feel like my old nose had an ethnic vibe and it was unique and now I just look like everyone else.”
Martha has revealed she had her nose job done when she was 22-years-old and previously compared her pre-surgery self to the fictional ogre Shrek.
Makeup artist Martha also admitted to having Botox and fillers but told NW that her motto is “if you can tell you’ve had it done, then it’s gone wrong.”
“I do Botox. But I like to keep it really understated and natural, so I don’t like to look like I’ve had anything done,” she told the publication.
Despite telling the publication she hadn’t had fillers in her lips, Martha later shared a personal video to her YouTube channel of her doctor dissolving her botched lip fillers after her doctor discovered an abnormal “bubble” on her upper lip.
“I want her to dissolve my lip, you can see when I talk this bit of my lip it sort of hangs over my teeth and I really hate that,” Martha said at the time.
“It’s a bit lumpy under there. I don’t know what that is… it gets in the way.”
Martha also shared details of her breast augmentation surgery with NW in 2019.
“I’ve had my boobs done … like 10 years ago now”,” she admitted and even said that should she have kids in the future, she’ll consider further surgery.
“Probably after I have kids – what do mums do? The mummy makeover?” she said.
After a social media troll called Martha “chubby” on one of her posts, the former MAFS bride confessed that the comment really affected her, adding that she endured “two weeks of stress, self-hatred and unhappiness” because of it.
In retaliation, Martha uploaded a near-naked photo of herself “unfiltered, unedited and a few kilos heavier” that she called a “f*** you” to the comment.
“My message to you, and the purpose of this post, is that if you’re feeling bad about the snacks you’ve eaten, the workouts you haven’t done and the number on the scale… self loathing won’t fix s***, trust me!” Martha wrote in her caption.
“I’m not looking for sympathy or reassurance in the comments (I hate those type of posts!). I want you to know that putting on weight is not the end of the world, and if you have ppl in your life or on social media that have something to say about your weight they best have a set of abs or they can f*** right off! “
