“I’m so excited to be adding a moisturizer to our retinol alternative range after the success of our Plant Stem Cell Retinol Alternative Serum earlier this year,” Miranda shares.

What sets these new products apart is their reliance on a 5% active blend of plant-based retinol alternatives, providing potent anti-aging results without the redness or irritation often associated with chemical retinol. This ultra-nourishing moisturizer gently targets fine lines and wrinkles, offering healthier, firmer, and glowing skin.

Miranda has been using the moisturizer for nearly six months, even during her pregnancy and pairs it with the serum for a powerful skincare combination. Traditional retinol products often felt harsh on her skin and after hearing similar feedback from customers, the Kora Organics Founder committed to creating a gentler, daily-use option.

“I wanted to create something gentle enough to use daily without sacrificing results,” she explains. “I’ve noticed a big difference in my skin’s texture. It’s helped with my fine lines and keeps my skin firm and glowing.”

Sustainability is a core value for KORA Organics, with all the brand’s products certified organic by Ecocert/COSMOS, ensuring the highest sustainability standards are met. Additionally, KORA Organics is a certified climate-neutral brand, reflecting a commitment to the environment.

“Organic ingredients are not only better for our skin but also for the Earth, as they are grown without the use of harmful pesticides and chemicals,” Miranda explains. “It’s about taking small steps towards a more eco-conscious lifestyle, these choices can make a significant difference in protecting our planet for future generations.”

“I don’t believe that taking care of our skin should come at the expense of our planet,” she says when asked what advice she would give individuals looking to make more environmentally conscious skincare choices.

“You don’t have to compromise between clean, organic ingredients and skincare that delivers visible results.”

If you’re looking to step into the world of environmental skincare choices, Miranda also recommends individuals educate themselves about skincare’s environmental impact and seek products with transparent ingredient lists free from harmful chemicals. a

Currently pregnant with her fourth child, Miranda’s skincare routine remains largely unchanged. However, she does address pigmentation, a common concern during pregnancy, with KORA Organics’ Noni Bright Vitamin C Serum. “It keeps my pigmentation at bay,” she reveals.

Pregnancy is a unique journey, and Miranda emphasizes the importance of safety when it comes to choosing skincare products when expectant. “Consult your GP if you’re in doubt,” she advises, before revealing her own go-to products. During pregnancy and postpartum, Miranda relies on KORA Organics’ Noni Glow Body Oil, Enriched Body Lotion, and Noni Glow Body Balm to support her skin as it stretches.

“I apply a combination of the oil and lotion all over my body, belly, breasts and hips and then use the balm in spots where I’m prone to stretch marks,” she explains. “I do this twice daily to make sure my skin is as hydrated as possible and carry the balm in my bag to apply it throughout the day if my skin is feeling uncomfortable or itchy.”

Miranda also dry brushes daily to help with circulation and exfoliation. “I start at my feet and move up my legs with upward strokes, then gently finish with my arms,” she explains, contributing the method to healthy, radiant skin. “Always brush towards your heart!”
