What does your beauty regime consist of?
Being a busy mum of four children, my routine is super simple. I love Clarins’ new Double Serum in the morning as it’s so light and hydrating. At the end of the day, I use the cleansing oil before I take my nightly bath followed by the extra firming night cream which leaves my face feeling very dewy and supple.
What are your tips for healthy looking skin?
Getting enough rest! If I have a really busy day and I feel like my energy stores are depleted, I try to take a nanna nap or I will do a 30-minute deep meditation which I find really restorative. Also, a simple beauty routine that is customised to your needs is something that can easily become a part of your daily ritual.
How do you incorporate your vegan lifestyle into your beauty routine?
I’m a believer in the combination of inner and outer beauty utilising both topicals and ingestibles. My ingestible routine consists of Lovewell’s Element and Life in the morning. It gives me all the nutrients and energy to get me from meeting to meeting, wrangling kids or through a long day on set.
What are your favourite makeup products?
I love an eyebrow pencil – it’s a must before I leave the house. I feel naked without filling my brows in and I’m still partial to a bold bushy brow – it really frames the face. A tinted lip balm is such an amazing multi-purpose go-getter, too. I can use it on my lips, cheeks or even on my eyes for a little pop.
Tell us about your relationship with Clarins.
