Spiritual Spa Experience
After attending a full-on wedding in Bali recently, it was so amazing to check-in to the five-star Four Seasons Resort at the end of our trip for some serious R’n’R. I can highly recommend booking into the hotel’s newest wellness experience: the Healing Village Spa. Nestled in the luxury grounds of Bali’s Jimbaran Bay, it offers everything from full-body massages and water jets to crystal healing rituals, as well as facials, nail treatments and so much more. Their unique ‘Illume Room’ is sealed from outside light to maximise their powerful colour therapy healing. It was incredible.

White Glo Waterless Teeth Wipes, $12.99 at White Glo
I’m always here, there and everywhere during the week, so I love having these teeth wipes in my handbag to instantly freshen up. They’re small, super cheap, and also just so effective at removing stains and freshening up my breath between meetings. I now have a few sachets in every handbag and coat pocket that I own!
Skincycles Hydrating Bio-Cellulose Mask, $35 at David Jones
There’s a reason this mask was voted Best Face Mask for 2022 by the Women’s Health Beauty Awards and was one of both Forbes and Grazia’s must-have beauty products. It contains the brand’s key active ingredient palmitoyl hexapeptide-12, which drenches the skin with moisture – and makes it feel amazing, too!
GUCCI Brume de Beauté Glow Hydrating Mist, $102 at David Jones
Spritz this hyaluronic acid and black-rose-steeped mist before makeup to prep skin, or use it as a skin boost on the go.
Holme Beauty Base Primer in Boom Holme Beauty
Add instant luminosity to the skin with this niacinamide, Kakadu plum and hemp-dosed tinted primer. Use on its own or before foundation.
Rose Inc Satin Lip Color Rich Refillable Lipstick, $42 at Mecca
I’ll admit that I’m a sucker for good packaging, so these oh-so-pretty sculptural lipsticks from Rose Inc really make me smile. Even better, the cases are refillable and the 10 colour-drenching shades are made with powerful botanicals, plumping oils and organic mustard sprouts to give my lips colour and care.
Westman Atelier Rendez-Vous Eye Pods, $133 for three at Mecca
These rice starch and coconut oil eye shadow pots allow for pretty washes of colour or all-out drama.
SENSORI+ Detoxifying & Rejuvenating Cleansing Oil, $88 at Sephora
Super lightweight and luxurious in texture yet full of muscle when it comes to cutting through the day’s dirt and grime, this avocado oil and Vitamin C-dosed cleansing oil will get skin beautifully clean without stripping or over-drying.
SISTER WOULD Give Me Life Shampoo and Give Me Life Conditioner, $58 each at SISTER WOULD
I love that this brand’s way of being inclusive is to help those who have impaired sight. The duo behind the brand have ensured their packaging includes universal Braille and created a tactile imprinting system for those who can’t read Braille, which includes horizontal lines for shampoo and dots for conditioner.
Batiste Self Love Dry Shampoo, $10.50 at Chemist Warehouse
Batiste is and always will be my favourite dry shampoo. This new limited-edition flavour smells like creamy berry and vanilla, and I can’t get enough of it.
