Bride & Prejudice’s Monday night episode saw Simon DeBono split from fiancé Izzy Vesey after admitting he was “in love with somebody else.”
The reality TV couple had a dramatic showdown after it emerged Simon was texting a woman called Megan, who he referred to as his ex-girlfriend.
Daily Mail uncovered that the woman in question is the tattooed barber’s former girlfriend, Megan Cross.
According to the publication’s source, Simon and Megan have rekindled their romance and are currently dating.
Earlier this week, Izzy spoke exclusively to New Idea about the couple’s relationship breakdown.
When asked what went wrong, Izzy said, “There was a lot of stuff that was going on behind the scenes with Simon that I wasn’t privy to and I felt like I was fighting so hard for this relationship and it became apparent that I was the only one fighting for it. I looked at him and I was like, “You’re not even here.” I was fighting with the people I love most for him.”
“My relationship was going to fail no matter what with Simon because he is untrustworthy. That’s why it collapsed.”
When asked if the couple are still speaking, Izzy confirmed: “We’re absolutely not in contact. I completely cut him out of my life. We’re not talking and it’s not a road I would ever entertain going back down.”
