On Thursday, the 34-year-old attended the Chanel J12 cocktail party in Paris with her husband of six years, James Righton.
Keira wowed in a cream-colored, sheer gown that clearly showed off her growing baby bump.
The star was beaming as she held hands with her partner, 35, as they walked into the Place Vendôme outing, and was later spotted sweetly cradling her belly.
The actress has yet to publicly talk about the pregnancy.
The couple’s second child will join big sister Edie, who turns 4 in May.
Back in October 2018, Keira penned an open letter about her labour titled Feminists Don’t Wear Pink (And Other Lies).
“My vagina split,” she admitted.
“I remember the s—t, the vomit, the blood, the stitches. I remember my battleground.”
