On last night’s episode of Married At First Sight, fans watched on as it appeared Sarah Roza had an explosive fight with her groom Telv Williams after he averted his attention to his Snapchat while she was trying to talk to him about her feelings.
After the episode aired, fans took to Twitter and Facebook to blast Sarah, some even saying she had no right to be upset over something so small.
“Wow can you get so angry about something so trivial. Sarah you don’t need to be the centre of attention the whole time…we all need some ME time,” one wrote.
While another commented: “Oh BOOHOO !! talk about a sook and a pathetic carry-on, grow up Sarah big deal so he wasn’t paying attention to you 100% like you obviously feel he should be.”
However, following the backlash, the 38-year-old redhead took to her Instagram to reveal that the fight we saw onscreen was edited and the two were arguing about something entirely different.
“Wow! You all think I was just being overly sensitive because I had my period? NO. Definitely not the case… ” Sarah started.
She continued: ‘I’m a strong, resilient woman & it takes a LOT to make me upset like that but of course it doesn’t make sense to you all because the real reason for the fight (which definitely wasn’t the first one we had) was completely edited out…😔”
This is not the first time the show’s favourites have been involved in a scandal, as just last week faux emails were leaked which claimed the two had broken up and even quoted 33-year-old Telv calling his bride, “crazy.”
Thankfully, for fans across the nation, Telv was quick to shut down the rumours by taking to his Instagram story to reveal it was a fabrication.
“Hey guys, please don’t believe everything that you read – this woman is not crazy she’s just crazy about me!” he quipped as he confirmed the two are very much still a couple.
