Paris Hilton is leaving no stone unturned in the search for her beloved chihuahua Diamond Baby.
The hotel heiress has taken to Instagram in a desperate bid to find the beloved pup, offering a “big reward” to the person who can find and return her dog.
“This is so incredibly hard for me to post because I’ve been at a loss of words,” she explained on Instagram alongside pictures of the dog.
She shared with her followers that her chihuahua had been missing since last Wednesday after a door was accidentally left open when movers were at her house.
“My family and friends have been helping me search high and low throughout my entire neighborhood and have gone door to door but we still haven’t found her” she explained.
The Simple Life star also updated fans on the desperate lengths she was taking to try and find her pet, including the hire of a pet detective, dog whisperer and pet psychic.
“Looking into dog-finding drones now,” she continued, “I’m doing everything in my power to get her back.”
Pleading to her 20.3 million followers for any tips, she also revealed that the decision to make her search public was tough as “people can be cruel.”
“I worry about her safety but I’m desperate and the more time that passes, the farther away I feel from the chances are of me getting her back.”
“Anyone who has ever loved a pet and lost a pet will understand this pain that I’m feeling,” she continued.
“My heart is broken I have been in tears, so sad and depressed. I feel like part of me is missing and nothing is the same without her here. Diamond Baby is my everything, truly like a daughter to me. We were inseparable, she was my best friend and always by my side.”
Paris’ love of animals has long been documented on her Instagram – at one point the star had 20 bunnies, 6 dogs, pigs, cats and donkeys.
In 2020 she built a kennel mansion in her backyard for her pets worth an estimated $325,000.
