The proud parents shared the news on Instagram, revealing they had welcomed a healthy baby girl on Monday May 30.

Posting a black and white snap of her daughter’s tiny hand, Tiff wrote: “Arnold’s little sister has arrived. Welcome Vada Kavalee.”

The unique name has German roots and means “knowledge”, “rule”, and “famous ruler” – clearly Tiff and Ed are planning for their little girl to grow into a strong young lady one day.

Famous friends like Erin Molan and Ash London were quick to congratulate the couple in the comments, sharing a flood of heart emojis.

Tiffiny announced her pregnancy with a major bump reveal in December 2021, writing “A dream come true. Baby Kavalee coming in 2022” in the caption.

Huge Congrats to you and Sam Pang,” her husband joked of his Have You Been Paying Attention? co-star.

While famous friends and fans wished them well, some couldn’t help but be surprised at how long Tiff had managed to hide her pregnancy from the world.

But upon looking back, it became clear the clever fitness trainer had been sharing a mix of her TXO promos, old snaps, and photos where she would hide her bump beneath baggy clothes (or even holding an object).

Tiff and Ed tied the knot in 2014, after meeting years earlier when he asked the Gladiator Angel star onto his radio show. They welcomed their son Arnie in 2017, with Tiff opening up about her difficult experience in pregnancy.

“I put on 30kg, I was sick the whole time right up until my last contraction and all I wanted was sausage rolls,” she told news.com.au at the time.

“My pregnancy didn’t go to plan, but it delivered me a healthy baby. I just embraced it and was proud of what my body achieved.”

Though it was tough, Tiff said having her baby boy made the experience worth it. Not to mention, she loved seing Ed become a father.

“Seeing Arnold with his dad is one of the best things,” she told Mother + Baby. “Our relationship has changed – it’s a little less sexier – but it is beautiful seeing Ed being a dad.”
