The star was targeted by US website, Celeb Jihad who specialises in posting racy photos of celebs.
The Daily Telegraph confirms that at least 15 images claiming to be Samara have been posted on the site, where she exposes her breasts and vagina via selfies taken in a mirror.
Weaving's father took to Facebook to address the news, claiming that her Facebook account had been hacked.
“We have dealt with things like this in the past ... her Facebook was hacked, but I am not sure if that has anything to do with this,” he said.
“We are used to her being in the spotlight and what that involves.
“She is a strong girl and she is resilient.”
Other victims of the Celeb Jihad website include Amanda Seyfried, Emma Watson, Kylie Jenner, Selena Gomez, Whitney Port and most recently Miley Cyrus.
Samara and her management have yet to comment on the incident.
