Following his eviction from Big Brother, Pete joined TV Week as a journalist, which then led to media commentary roles on shows such as The Circle, Today Tonight and A Current Affair
While he looks like he has not aged AT ALL since his 2001 stint on Big Brother, he's spent the intervening years busy with a number of projects.
After becoming a radio host on Triple M's Grill Team in Brisbane, Pete later launched popular WHO podcast WHO ARE YOU.

In 2011, he reunited with Sara-Marie and several other iconic Big Brother stars for a 10-year reunion special on A Current Affair, where he kept coy about his dancing doona days.
Asked about the notorious scene he shared with Christina, Pete cheekily replied: "That has been asked many a time, that question! And there’s only two people who know the answer to that question."
While their sizzling romance was the talk of the town back in 2001, Pete and Christina soon went their separate ways.
Pete then enjoyed a string of relationships, including with radio and TV star Sami Lukis - who he later interviewed about her dating life - before finally meeting and marrying his now-wife Camille more than a decade ago.
The couple, who share daughters Matilda, 12 and Arabella, 11, now live in the Byron Bay area and run cafe The Italian Diner.
As the new season of Big Brother kicked off in 2020, Pete appeared on Channel Seven's The Morning Show to reflect on his time on the show and revealed what life is like for him these days.
He admitted that despite two decades passing since the show aired, he is constantly recognised - even if the person can't quite put their finger on why he looks familiar.
"I get people saying 'Did we go to school together? Were you a barista in Perth? Do I know you? Where do I know you from?" Pete said.
And if you're wondering which housemates he still keeps in touch with from his season, he spilled all the goss.
"Blair [McDonough] lives literally 10 minutes from my house, I talk to Macca every couple of weeks and Benny was with me in Byron over Christmas. Sara-Marie [Fedele] I've lost contact with, Jemma [Gawned] I keep in contact with a little bit. Johnnie... I've seen him a little bit recently, because Facebook helps us keep in contact a little bit too."
When asked if he would sign up for the show again, Pete replied: "Yeah, in a heartbeat, especially this new one!"
