Thanks to Paddy Colliar and Alisha Aitken Radburn, Bachelor In Paradise out-did itself on Thursday evening.
Their tiff began the evening before, when Alisha unfairly blamed Nathan for her BFF Cat throwing in the towel and quitting the show.
Alisha did apologised to Nathan, admitting that it was his choice to give Brittany his rose over Cat.
However, Paddy thought his flame Alisha needed to be more remorseful, so in front of the other islanders, he asked her to “Come on, [expletive],” for a chat.
That’s when it all went downhill.
“I want to talk to Alisha because I think last night, she handled it pretty badly, obviously blaming Nathan about Cat going home,” he told viewers, adding, “And yeah. I’m off her. I think it’s time to pull away in a respectful manner.”
“I apologised to Nathan last night, and we resolved it,” Alisha explained.
But it seemed as though Paddy wanted to keep the drama going, telling her that blaming Nathan wasn’t fair.
Once again, Alisha informed him that she had indeed apologised to Nathan and he was satisfied with that.
“This is just me just being genuine, OK?” Paddy responded.
After explaining to him that she wanted to finish what she was trying to say, Paddy insisted that it was him who wasn’t finished talking.
“I think you’re f**king full of shit, to be honest. I think you’re absolutely full of shit,” Alisha told him, while he began to break up with her, after one smooch the evening before.
“I just think this is very overwhelming. I think we need to take a step back for the minute,” he told her.
Something tells us she didn’t see a future with him anyway. “Mate, gladly. Literally, gladly.”
That’s when Paddy stood up to walk away. “You are really mature,” he said. That’s my cue to go. True colours shown. Weight off my shoulders, see you later.”
It was a three-minute roller coaster for viewers and Alisha. Were they even a couple? Did he not understand Alisha and Nathan were all good?
“Is he for real? Paddy sort of turned into a bit of a psycho and I can’t ignore these red flags anymore. There’s something about Paddy at this moment that gives me the bloody icks,” Alisha told viewers, while Paddy went back to the group and his Corona.
