Blake Lively has one of the most beautiful and captivating faces in Hollywood, so when the star was spotted sporting facial bruises and a bloody eye, we were freaking out!
Thankfully, Blake’s beaten face was just stage makeup for her new film, A Simple Favour.
The movie, which is currently being filmed in Tornoto, Canada, is about a small town mummy blogger who discovers her friend has vanished.
Blake appeared to be leaving a police station and addressing reporters who were standing outside.
The 30-year-old had a full face of makeup on, even with her cuts, and clothing to suggest her character in the film is well off.
Blake, who shares two children with her husband Ryan Reynolds, has been selective with her roles since becoming a mother. She most recently starred in The Shallows, Cafe Society and The Age of Adaline.
She’s also starring in The Husband’s Secret, the film adaptation of Sydney author Lianne Moriarty’s (best known for Big Little Lies) bestseller.
