While she rarely (no pun intended) speaks about her past relationship with Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez has broken her silence about Jelena.

It was a TikTok that prompted the Only Murders in the Building star to react.
An anonymous user reportedly posted a video featuring throwback pictures of Selena and Justin, claiming the Bad Liar singer was “always skinny” during their relationship.
The footage ended with a screenshot of an alleged old Instagram comment by Selena which read, “He’d rather date models. I’m just too normal.”
According to multiple reports, Selena reacted to the TikTok in a subtle way – leaving a sad face emoji on the footage.
Selena and Justin dated on and off between the years of 2010 and 2018.
After they broke up for good, Justin moved on with model Hailey Baldwin – whom he eventually married.
The Justin+Selena+Hailey ‘love triangle’ has forced many to pit the two women against each other – but Selena and Hailey dispelled any rumours of a feud in October when they posed together at a gala.
The public display of a united front came after Hailey spoke about the former Disney actress on the Call Her Daddy podcast.
“When [Justin] and I ever started like hooking up or like anything of that sort, he was not ever in a relationship ever, at any point,” Hailey said. “It’s not my character to mess with someone’s relationship,” the model said.
“A lot of the hate, and the perpetuation, comes from the misperception, ‘Oh, you stole him.’ It comes from the fact that they wished he had ended up with someone else and that’s fine. You can wish that all you want but that’s just not the case.”

Hailey went on to clarify that she didn’t want to talk on Selena’s behalf, nor did she want the public to read into her comments.
“I know that we’re just all so moved on from any type of drama, and I’m so happy for that so I get nervous about talking about it because I don’t want to like stir anything up or bring anything up that is going to be like a thing.”
The 26-year-old also explained that she and Selena had been in contact since her wedding to the Baby singer, adding: “There’s no drama, personally.”
Selena, meanwhile, just nabbed her first-ever Golden Globe nomination for acting!
The 30-year-old is in the running to win the award for the Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy – for her role as Mabel Mora in Only Murders in the Building.
The Rare Beauty founder stars in the series alongside comedy icons Steve Martin and Martin Short, who are both in the running for Best Actor.
Also nominated are Wednesday’s Jenna Ortega, The Flight Attendant’s Kaley Cuoco, Abbott Elementary’s Quinta Brunson and Hacks’ Jean Smart.
